Calvary Music Bot 1 and 2

1. Acceptance

By using Calvary Music Bot 1 or Calvary Music Bot 2, you agree to follow these Terms of Service, Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Community Guidelines, and all rules in any server where the bots are used.

2. Bot Access

Server owners and authorized staff are responsible for how the bots are configured. We may deny, suspend, or remove access from servers or users that abuse the bots, violate these terms, disrupt service, or create risk for Calvary Music Bots or other communities.

3. Music and Content

Users are responsible for songs, links, search terms, and content requested through the bots. Do not request illegal content, hateful content, harassment, sexual content involving minors, malware, scams, or anything that violates Discord rules or applicable law.

Calvary Music Bots do not claim ownership of music or third-party content. Song, stream, and search availability may change based on third-party services.

4. Calvary Music Bot 1

Bot 1 is intended for 24/7 radio, support panel functions, shared music settings, and playback controls. Radio streams may disconnect, buffer, or restart when third-party streams fail, Discord voice service changes, or network conditions interrupt playback.

5. Calvary Music Bot 2

Bot 2 is intended for song requests, queue management, autoplay, and playback tools. Users may not spam commands, overload queues, attempt to crash playback, or use automation to abuse bot limits.

6. Free, Starter, and Premium Audio

Free Audio, Starter Audio, and Premium Audio tiers may change over time. Paid tiers may include enhanced filters, priority support, or upgraded features. Access is controlled through Discord customer roles and may be removed if payment fails, a subscription ends, abuse occurs, or a server violates these terms.

Premium audio features improve the bot processing profile, but they cannot guarantee studio-quality output for every song, stream, device, Discord connection, or source file.

7. Payments and Refunds

Subscription prices, billing periods, and plans are shown on the website or in the support server. Unless a separate written refund policy applies, refunds are reviewed case by case through support. Chargebacks, fraud, or payment abuse may lead to removal from paid tiers.

8. Dashboard Accounts

Dashboard accounts are for managing Calvary Music Bots features, support, billing information, and server tools. You are responsible for keeping login details private. Do not share accounts, impersonate others, or attempt to access accounts or servers you do not control.

9. Service Availability

Service is provided as available. Outages may happen because of VPS issues, Discord outages, third-party audio providers, updates, maintenance, network problems, or abuse prevention. We may update, restart, limit, or disable features when needed.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use the bots to break Discord rules, attack services, bypass permissions, evade moderation, scrape data, harass users, distribute harmful content, sell unauthorized access, or interfere with Calvary Music Bots systems.

11. Data

The bots and dashboard may store server IDs, user IDs, command settings, support ticket details, subscription role settings, account records, and logs needed to operate and protect the service. We use this data to run the bots, provide support, sync settings, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of Calvary Music Bot 1, Calvary Music Bot 2, or the dashboard after changes means you accept the updated terms.
